"Great find right on a private, local beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger tourist areas. More than fair price point for the ability to walk right onto the beach, and the interior of the units have been updated nicely. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Pullout sofa was a bit of a challenge, but no overcome-able. Staff very helpful and friendly. Awesome for sunsets off the Gulf, and a good local eats right there. Loved the town of Venice nearby. Gets REALLY dark in the area, though - seemed like our hotel lights were the only ones on! Overall a great choice for a nice, laid back atmosphere - definitely recommend!"

"The home was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. The screened in deck above the pool was especially nice— nice dining table and chairs;also comfortable seating over near the bbq grill. Our friends enjoyed the bikes and the availability of the golf cart. 15 minutes drive to lovely Nokomis Beach."

"What a wonderful time we had as a family. This condo was really nice. Everything for the beach was provided; fishing poles, inner tubes, coolers, canopy’s, chairs etc. you name it, it was there. The beds were even comfortable. The view. Couldn’t beat the view. We will definitely be staying here again. The owners were nice and prompt to answer a question if it arose. "
