"The hotel’s location, friendly staff, and proximity to the beach and restaurants were excellent. The property was also very clean and well maintained. Considering the hotel’s rate, I would have expected the continental breakfast to offer a bit more variety. During my three-day stay, the eggs were served boiled and cold each morning. I was expecting options such as scrambled eggs, along with a selection of cheeses and bacon. Additionally, the milk was served cold, and there was no microwave available in the breakfast area. I had to go to the lobby to heat the milk in the microwave located next to the vending machine. Providing a microwave in the breakfast area, along with a more varied and consistently warm breakfast selection, would significantly improve the overall experience and make the breakfast feel more in line with the hotel’s rate. Apart from these points, I had no complaints about my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel, but I believe addressing these areas would further improve the guest experience and help guests feel more comfortable and at ease. Yarelis"

"Overall we had a good stay, Check in was quite difficult due to staff not being on scene that day. We had to make multiple phone calls and get transferred to numerous people before anyone could help us. Great location, easy parking, clean rooms. I will say, the rooms appear to be very recently updated but the wallpaper was already ripped off the walls, not sure if it's humidity or what but it did not affect the quality of our stay. I would recommend."

"We had an excellent stay at this beautiful bayfront home and would happily return. The views were truly the highlight. From the patio, we enjoyed watching dolphins, manatees, and a variety of ocean birds. There is also a lovely shaded dining and lounging area, bayside Adirondack chairs, and two additional seating areas along the water—plenty of wonderful spots to relax and enjoy the scenery.The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and wonderfully deep, making it especially enjoyable for swimming enthusiasts. The house itself was clean and comfortable.A few things to note: the beds and pillows are very firm, which was not our personal preference, and we missed having a full-length mirror. The water pressure throughout the house was also quite low, although that may have been related to the drought conditions in the area. If you plan to spend much time by the bay, be sure to bring mosquito repellent.Sergyi was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to a minor concern and was very helpful in recommending the best beaches and local points of interest."

"Looks small from the outside but so much room. My family and I had an amazing time and would consider in the future. Communication was good, house was clean and spacious.Master bath could really use a curtain on the window. The sun is shocking first thing in morning. Molding could be updated.Pool temp was great but not all jets work and the pool tools need updating (faded and broken). Mgmt advised during stay.Conveniently close to Siesta Key without the congestion."
