"The property manager refused to provide any contact besides through the Vrbo app. When I arrived at the property it appeared deserted, poorly maintained, and door combination provided did not work. Despite attempts by me and Vrbo support staff for hours, alleged property manager did not respond until much later. I suspect this property may not even be owned by those representing themselves as property managers and the positive reviews are likely fabricated. Good news, Vrbo was available, tried to help resolve the situation, and then refunded my money!"
