NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out within 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property . A surcharge of € 20.00 applies for arrivals after 22:00. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-
in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.
The Neighborhood:
The flats are located in a newly built residential complex in the touristic town of Orosei (about 90 kms from the
port and airport of Olbia), with its medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Judicial castle.
The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach that stretches for 5 kms, features several beaches such as Su Barone,
Osala and Su Petrosu, and it's only 3 kms away from the residence. The apartments have air-conditioning and they
are decorated in typical Sardinian style.
