"We were disappointed that we booked rooms side by side so that we could help with our grandchildren and we even called the day before to confirm that we had side by side rooms and were told yes. We arrived the following day and we were on different floors which made it very difficult to help out and made several trips up and down to our rooms. Not at all happy with this "

Water pressure and hot water is great after a day in the snow. Will return again if we visit Barrie location again. . Except one staff member is a big of a grumpy face at the main counter. Since we check in and check out she was rude to her co worker. Other than that all the stuff smiled and was ll welcoming even when we walked in the halfway and wa children friendly to my baby. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night since our room was not available for 2 nights at the time of our online reservation. So we had to stay elsewhere in Barrie the next day. "

"Room windows were painted-shut, no way to open them. Room was equipped with a heater, but didn't have A/C, humidity stayed in and air wasn't renewed enough. Room doors aren't soundproofed enough, I had the bad luck of staying over a hockey weekend, and kids were running around and playing hockey in the corrider in front of my room, while parents were drinking beers and eating pizza next to them. Had to call front desk twice to get order restored (some people are working...) Cleanlines could have been better as well, while not the worst."
