"This property is consistently excellent. I was able to check in early, and most of the staff were very friendly. Other than the elderly late night front desk agent who berated me for having to let me in, even though I followed the directions he put on the door, it was a great experience."

"We were not given not one but of a heads up that the elevator was down until after check in. And of course the first floor is booked. So having 2 little ones and their luggage while recovering from knee surgery the stair were not only an inconvenience but painful. The property should let every booking know about important details like an elevator being down"

"Bait and switch with an attitude… This was a terrible experience and I can’t recommend this place at all. The poor experience started before I was even fully checked in. They tried to charge me more than double the “resort fees”. I even showed them the email from them that stated the fee amount and they told me to forward the email so they could address. After 3 days of them attempting to charge my card (which I told them I was locking until this was resolved) I went back to the desk where I was told it was adjusted… so I unlocked my card so it could be processed. Surprise… they charged the incorrect amount. Went back to the desk several times to address and only got attitude. As for the rest of the stay here is what I have to say: Room: Not maintained but it was fine. Did the job. Amenities: None of the vending machines take cards and I couldn’t get them to take cash either so those were useless. Bar on site wasn’t bad. Breakfast: Skip it. Sausage that was so white. Runny scrambled eggs (like they were cooked in water). Watered down coffee and juice. The only good thing were the waffles and the last day both waffle makers were broken so the kids were super disappointed. Pool: Not the cleanest but it was the only decent part of the stay. Overall verdict… I am a regular in the area because I visit family but I absolutely will not stay here again. With the amount of competition you’d think they would want to do better."
