The part of the sand that is built up then has a steep hill where the high tide is....well its very steep and easy to lose your balance. It was very clean.

The ocean was an easy walk. My son forgot his hat in the room when we went back to get it was gone. Probably taken by whom ever cleans or enter the room not cool.

Room was clean but bathrooms (especially the tubs) and facility needs upgrading bit it is an older hotel so we knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star. We were looking for a place to stray in Cocoa Beach and close to the port so this is why we chose LaQuinta

Just beautiful. I was there to look for potential housing/move, so didn't go to many attractions, although the restaurants were great (yeah, Squid Lips!), and I did see a performance at the Heneger Performing Arts Center in Melbourne. Wonderful!
