The Space:
As you enter the property thought a large entrance hall with spectacular views of the swimming pool. The hallway leads onto a large open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a superb breakfast bar. There are large windows across the back of the property. From the kitchen is secret door which leads to a utility room with washing machine. At the front of the villa is a master bedroom with wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. On the opposite side of the hallway are 2 bedrooms with a family bathroom also with a rainfall shower. Both these bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room also with fitted wardrobes.
There are a set of stairs that lead up to a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes, this large bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with walk a walk in shower. This bedroom leads out onto the, where you can relax in the jacuzzi.
On the subterranean level there is an additional bedroom with twin single beds.
On the outside, with direct access to the garden of the villa, there is a large pool, so you can enjoy the tranquillity and peace that a private pool allows. This Villa also offers sunbeds where you can lie and enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine

The villa is located on Las Colinas Golf course, where you can book rounds of golf on this prestigious golf course. For a change of golf courses you are within a 5 minute drive to Campoamor. Las Ramblas and VillaMartin golf courses.
There are a wide range of restaurants to choose from within a 5km drive.

Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable.
Check-out is by 11:00am.
