"We stayed at Premier Inn Alexanderplatz for our son’s 10th birthday trip to Berlin, and the staff helped make it a visit he will always remember. He loves learning about World War Two, so we had “assigned” him a secret mission as an Agent, exploring historical sites around the city and gathering facts along the way. We contacted the hotel beforehand, and upon arrival the team surprised him with a “confidential document” for his mission! He was amazed that the hotel knew about his assignment. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch and made him feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to everyone involved for embracing the idea and making his birthday adventure even more memorable. He loved the trip so much that he now says he wants to live in Berlin!"
