「Das Appartement ist genauso wie abgebildet, fühlt sich für zwei Personen grosszügig an und wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es allerdings zwischendurch Schwierigkeiten mit der Schliessanlage (Türen werden über Verbindung mit dem Smartphone geöffnet) und wir hatten zunächst nicht die erforderlichen Codes für die Türen bekommen. Das Problem wurde dann relativ kurzfristig behoben. Auch das Internet (Wifi) ist zwischenzeitlich ausgefallen, was für Remote Work schwierig war. Außerdem...

「Ich habe Freundinnen, die in Pankow wohnen, besucht. Die Lage der Wohnung waren für mich ideal, außerdem ruhig und im Grünen. Man ist schnell an der Bushaltestelle und dann am Bahnhof Pankow. Es war für mich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. 」

「中心エリアに近く、トラムの停留所は目の前で、S+U Bahnも10分圏内で利用可能。アパートの向かいは早朝から深夜まで開いているスーパーがあり、近くのシェーンハウザーアレーのショッピングセンターも充実していて、普段の買い物で困ることはありません。 今回はキッチン付きのお部屋をお借りしましたが、コンロが１台しか使えなかったため、家族分の料理を作るには色々と工夫が必要でした。また設備がやや古く、テレビが懐かしのブラウン管で電源が入るまでに数時間要したり、Wifiの不具合でネットに繋がらない状況が何日かあったりと、若干の不便さもありましたが、受付のインターホンでスタッフに相談すれば、すぐに駆けつけてくれて対応してくれました。 ちなみに、洗濯機がアパート内にないので、長期滞在の場合はコインランドリーまで持ち運ぶのがやや大変だと思います。」

「It was a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed on a short trip to Berlin. Three things stood out. Proximity to U6 Wedding was great, we could get to the boat ride in 13 min, and to most sightseeing places as well as Central Station with an easy transfer to U5. The option to store luggage until the end of the day was very valuable. Code locks on all doors was very convenient for a large group. Edeka crockery store had everything we needed. Nice election of german beers. 」

「Sehr netter Empfang durch die Gastgeber mit Einweisung der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Es gibt reichlich Stauraum um seine Gardrobe unterzubringen. Küche war mit allen ausgestattet was man zum Frühstück oder Kochen braucht. Klasse Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Doppelbett super gemütlich. Schlafcouch ist auch noch vorhanden.
