"The AC did not work in our unit"

"Hotel elevator was out so had to walk up and down flights of stairs to room-not cool. No room service. Everything in town closes as at. Only gave me water in my room 1 day out of 3. Bathroom was dirty someone else’s contacts were on the floor. I have stayed at this hotel for 10 years and this trip was really disappointing. Considering the price there are much better places to stay that offer their guests way more amenities and convenience. The ambivalence of the staff this trip made me write a negative review. Offer breakfast, partner with someone local. Take a page from your competition it’s not hard. "

"Upon arrival there was trash and throw up on the ground walking into the hotel. Staff was polite during check in. The view from our room was a shipping container and dirty parking lot. It’s an old dirty hotel. Don’t let them trick you into some river view. It’s foul."

"I did not have breakfast. My husband seemed to enjoy it. I did have coffee - it was decent , sadly no flavors or flavored creamer"

"Is clean but it need to be more detail clean like the bathroom door for example- and I wish they have better coffee- Just little things that will help for the traveler experience- Other than that is great!"
