"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

10/10 Excellent

"They accommodated our request for adjoining, connecting rooms without hesitation. Service was great, food was good and hotel was quiet. The only issue is that one of the 2 elevators was out of order and several times I waited 5 or 10 minutes for an empty elevator. Normally, I could take the stairs, but traveling with a disabled child, service dog and all of the equipment needed made stairs impossible. I heard that this elevator has been out of order for months. That seems beneath Hilton to leave 1 elevator in service for a hotel with more than 200 rooms over 9 floors. That's the only issue I have. Other than that, it was a great stay."
