「Parking lot was a mess. No cleaning supplies. Bathroom sink was clogged. Stayed 11 times in 2025. This was the least favorite room. Still a great location. I’ll be back in 6 weeks.」

「The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.」

「Location so close to shops and restaurants. Walls were a little thin, but we used a sound machine at night to cover up some neighbor noise/doors closing in hallway. Overall, neighbors weren't overtly loud, or unreasonable, or anything, the walls were just a little thin. We will continue to stay at this property every time we make the trip to Traverse!」

「Very peaceful, the hot tub is great & the bed was very comfortable. We had some issues with cleanliness so the cleaner came to re clean some areas, overall it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but we enjoyed our stay & appreciated the fully stocked kitchen & Jeff’s willingness to have the cleaner come back.」
