Great apartment that is so close to the beach. Lots to do locally and some great restaurants, there was a good buzz but it was still peaceful enough. Frederic, our host, was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and convenient.

This is a great apartment that is a few metres from the beach. It is well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The balcony is shaded for most of the day which helped to keep the room cool. The aircon was very efficient which was useful in the very hot weather. The path down to the beach is quite steep with some steps at the bottom. The beach is singly and there are urchins on the nearby rocks so water shoes would be useful. The town is 650m away and is an easy walk. There is a good choice of restaurants with Leornardo our favourite.

Alles wie beschrieben, der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat für unseren Trailer einen Stellplatz zu Verfügung gestellt. Wohnun in Toplage, sogar ein sehr scharfes Messer war in der Küche vohanden.In der Vorsaison ist alles noch angenehm ruhig, einzig für Bootsfahrer zur Info: Es gibt absolut keine Bootsliegeplätze. Ein guter Bekanter hat mir seine Boje zu Verfügung gestellt.

First stay in Croatia

Communication with Federico was good. Apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly fine for 2 or 3 people but more would be a struggle. The hot water really only latest for one shower. Area is a little tired but there is a good walk to Copacabana beach where there are supermarkets. Other walks around the area too and beautiful views. Taxi from the airport was a rip off - should be about 30 Euros but guy charged us 50 Euros. Use SAS Taxis - they are brilliant, on time and reasonable charges. Alison

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Fotos. Das kleine Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich in direkter Strandlage. Die Nachbarn waren kaum zu merken. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter bzw. Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Der Ort erstreckt sich an einer Bucht entlang. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem etwas ruhigeren Ortsteil. Wer abends noch etwas feiern möchte, kann den lebhafteren Teil fußläufig erreichen. Per Wassertaxi ist auch Trogir am Abend sehenswert. Insgesamt wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung!

Das Appartment ist schöner als auf den Bildern. Es es toll ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher etc. da. Die Klimaanlage ist leise und funktionert einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe mit Frederico war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sensationell und durch die gute und robuste Bauart des Hauses, haben wir nie das Gefühl gehabt, dass wir Nachbarn hätten. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür; hier fährt kein Auto vorbei. Dadurch kann man komfortabel in der größten Mittagshitze einfach "nach oben" gehen und sich im klimatisierten Appartment ausruhen und einfach später wieder an den Strand gehen. Oder jederzeit... wie man will... Diese Seite der Bucht ist ruhig, so dass man auch mit offenen Fenstern sehr gut schlafen kann. Mit einem 10 bis 15minütigen Spaziergang gelangt man auf die andere Seite der Bucht und ist voll im Leben: Restaurants, Bars, Disco, Souveniers... alles was das Touristenherz begehrt.

Beautiful apartment right at the beach

We had a lovely time in Okrug. Perfect distance to town. It was perfect to be on the beach to enjoy all day and then take the boat line to Trogir. Or drive to Split or other places in the Island. All the amenities you need. I will always recommend it!

Perfect staying

Ferienwohnung "am Strand"

Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv. Der Ablauf bis zum Antreten des Mietobjektes verlief tadellos. Check-in schnell und unkompliziert. Frederic war vor Ort und erwies sich als sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Während des Aufenthaltes kam es zu einer "Notfallsituation" indem das Türschloss sich nicht öffnen liess. Frederic ist umgehend eingetroffen und hat das Problem gelöst. Bravo! Danke! Auch zum check-out ist er persönlich morgens um 08.00 pünktlich erschienen, Die Wohnung liegt an einem wunderbaren Ort, der Balkon mit Meersicht ist wunderbar und allein eine Miete wert. Parkplatz im Schatten sehr wertvoll. Bezüglich der Detailpflege besteht Verbesserungspotential. Eine Bratpfanne befand sich in gefährlichem Zustand, ein Bett hat defekte Füsse, die beim ersten Liegen abgebrochen sind, die Store im Wohnzimmer fünktioniert nicht. WC Rollenhalter lottert. Alles relative Kleinigkeiten. Schade, denn mit minimalem Aufwand liesse sich die Wohnung in einen perfekten Objekt verwandeln. Trotzdem positiver Geamteindruck, ich käme jederzeit wieder.

Favoloso.Proprio con i piedi nel mare

Appartamento realmente sul mare con una terrazza dove cenare a lume di candela con il solo rumore del mare. Acqua trasparente. Spiaggia, una delle più belle dell'isola, pulitissima con ghiaia piccola. Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana centrale di agosto famiglia con 3 bimbi la casa ottimamente arredata e con tutti i comfort e tutto il necessario ci ha regalato un favoloso soggiorno.Aria condizionata anche in camera da letto ma la casa è fresca e usata pochissimo. . Parcheggio auto anche coperto. La realtà è stata più bella di quello che si intuiva dalle foto. Il proprietario gentilissimo è disponibile.

Sehr zufrieden

Waren im Juli 2018 mit 2 Kindern hier. Nette und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung direkt am Meer. Sehr schöner Kiesstrand, gute Infrastruktur am Strand (kleiner Stand mit Eis, kalten Getränken), Strandbar und Pizzeria Konoba sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach Trogir fährt jede Stunde ein Bootstaxi direkt vom Haus weg! Ein kleines Geschäft für die täglichen Einkäufe ist in 5 Minuten Gehzeit erreichbar! In Okrug ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Man braucht das Auto also nicht, was auch gut ist, da die Verkehrssituation alles andere als optimal ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit (kam sogar einmal bei einem Stromausfall gegen 2300 sofort). Trogir und Umgebung ist im Vergleich zu amderen Destinationen sicher etwas teurer, aber so ist es nun mal.

Wohnung am Meer mit tollem Blick über die Bucht

Die Wohnung hat das gehalten, was in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Gut war insbesondere auch, dass sich die Wohnung auf der ruhigeren Seite der Bucht befindet, man aber trotzdem mit der Konoba Marinero ein gutes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe hatte. Und der Bootsanleger für die Überfahrt nach Trogir war in knapp 10 Minuten ebenfalls locker fußläufig zu erreichen.

Très bel appartement au bord de l'eau

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé (climatisé) au bord de l'eau et avec une très belle vue. Environnement très calme. Idéal pour profiter de la mer chaude de Croatie et se reposer. Possibilité de se rendre à Trogir ou Split en bateau. En revanche, un peu plus compliqué pour sortir de la presqu'île en voiture en raison du monde et de l'unique pont.

Impressive place...vacation above all expecations

Close to the airport, and still cozy place on the island. You are on the beach even if you choose to stay on the balcony. Very good standard and so practical for the kids. Boat trips to Trogir & Split are 5 min walk from the appartment. Frederic is great guy and really keeps his guests in the focus. I really recommend this place. It's our 4th visit. Dino & familly

Emplacement idéal

L 'appartement était très propre et surtout parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque rien ! La terrasse est très agréable. C 'est formidable d 'être les pieds dans l 'eau, aller se baigner en moins d'une minute, soit plusieurs fois par jour. Tout est accessible à pieds, petit restaurant juste à coté (pas gastronomique mais c'est bien pour une pizza) Malgré les 35°, nous n 'avons pas eu chaud (2 climatisations) Le propriétaire super sympa et nous a donné de bonnes adresses et conseils pour notre séjour.A conseiller vivement.
