"The hotel staff and service was exceptional and the breakfast option was well worth it. I felt very welcome and this hotel had a nice homey feel. Great location for walking distance to main areas but far enough away from any central noise. My only complaint would be the hot/cold fluctuations with the shower usage. Any time another unit was using the shower at the same time this affected the temperature quite a bit. Tip: shower during the day when not many other guests are around or shower very early or late in the evening."

Brilliant location for exploring Bilbao, lots of bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the river. No air con but fans provided in the room and they were more than adequate. Would recommend. "

"Excellent hotel. Very quiet when you close the windows and great to see what is going on in the pedestrian areas when you open the windows. Bathroom is big!!! In the heart of the old town and literally half a block from the the Plaza Nueva where all the Pintxo bars are located and you can eat and have wine and people watch. "
