Good functional place, if a little soulless. Comfortable bed and sheets. Good shower. Wish there was real shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and enough coffee in the kitchen for the full stay. Was also a little too pricey.

Really convenient for bus and tram, but Vitoria is also very walkable Supermarket next door, delis, cafes and wine bars, nearby Staff lovely We were very comfortable here

Avoid This Hotel If Booking via Hotels.com

We recently stayed at this hotel, traveling with our 8-month-old baby, and while the room itself was excellent, our experience was significantly marred by the hotel's self-service systems. The check-in, garage payment, and check-out processes were all supposed to be seamless, but none of them worked due to an integration issue with Hotels.com. We needed a specific internal booking reference from Hotels.com that we did not have access to, leading to repeated calls to the hotel's support. This was both inconvenient and irritating, especially with a young baby in tow. Despite the comfort of the room, the constant technical issues and lack of smooth self-service made our stay quite stressful. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone booking through Hotels.com until these issues are resolved.

la habitación tenia un olor muy fuerte a tabaco . y cada día el olor era más fuerte, incluso con olor a comida de otros pisos. esto venía del sistema de ventilación principal interno del piso. he enviado muchos mensajes, solicitando un cambio de apartamento, informando que soy asmático y que tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta 2 noches. trás la no solución tuve que irme antes y buscar un otro hotel. ya que no he podido dormir.

Recomendado

En general bastante buena. No tenía claro el funcionamiento del hotel pero me adapte rápido, tema contraseñas de entrada al edificio y puerta de habitación. Algunos detalles menores que fueron resueltos por el personal de inmediato. Así que estoy conforme. Buena ubicación, tiene un supermercado en la planta baja y conseguí en donde aparcar sin problemas.

Maravillosa estancia con un importante PERO…

Instalaciones perfectas, check-in aunque sea online muy bien organizado con comunicación por WhatsApp ágil y rápida. SOLO un PROBLEMA, imposible dormir en el sofá cama: incómodo, inestable… Apartamentos perfectos para 2 personas, pero no para más porque el sofa cama es horrible. Con lo maravilloso que es todo el resto, deberían invertir un poco en cambiarlos. Detalles también para las mascotas que es de agradecer.
