「I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. 」

「This property was surprisingly affordable for a 2B/2b townhome. The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable....

「I stayed here with my husband and 4 kids. It was nice and for us. Very clean! Extremely clean! The fridge and freezer were perfect! We were able to find parking easily and able to walk wherever we wanted and felt safe above all. Kids enjoyed the warmed pool and easy access to everything. 」

「This unit is small, but it was just me and my dog. There was an odd smell when I arrived, but I opened the windows for an hour and it was resolved. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The unit has a dedicated parking spot, and there's a nice grassy area with a fire pit to enjoy if the weather allows.」

「The property was the best, 2bd 2 bath, full kitchen. We came for 18 weeks of medical treatments and were able to stay here most of the time. We have had no issues. The one thing is that the air stays on 74 as a request if the Condo owner. We would stay longer next time.」
