A hallway from the kitchen accesses three spacious bedrooms, all with fantastic views over the Sound of Kerrera, as well as the family bathroom. There’s a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kingsize bed, plus an extra single bed. Outside, there is ramped access at the rear into the utility room, with ample parking for three cars.

A bustling west coast harbour town, Oban has lots going on for the visitor at any time of the year. Central for touring Argyll and known as the ’Gateway to the Isles’, with ferries leaving daily to many of the islands, such as Mull, Iona, Staffa, Lismore. There are loads of outdoor sports to enjoy locally, with a kayaking centre which launches into Oban Bay, an excellent riding centre, 18-hole golf course, family friendly boat trips and a lovely sandy beach at Ganavan, which is just a two mile drive along the coastal road. In keeping with its reputation as the Seafood Capital of Scotland, there are some excellent restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby.

There are many more outdoor activities venturing further in the area, including diving, sailing, kayaking, horse riding, golf, mountain biking and fishing. Nearby, there are even also ruined castles such as Dunstaffnage and Kilchurn, beautiful gardens at Arduaine and Crarae, and sites of historical interest, including Kilmartin Glen and the slate island of Easdale.
