「this is a very modest facility in a generally great location on the South Umpqua River in Roseburg. A small porch provided a nice place to sit and enjoy the river and the park-like yard between the facility and the river. The only downside of the location was a surprising number of jerks driving their noisy trucks very fast over the bridge that is a hundred yards from the motel.」

「とにかく施設の老朽が目立つ。
予約画面の「9.0 とても素晴らしい」にダマされた。
洗面から浴室の床は汚れかたはヒドイ。カーテンは外れていて、外から室内が見えてしまう。カーテンを直すようフロントに頼んでも、対応なし。
もっとも、毎日のハウスキーピングを頼んだのに、対応しないホテルなのだから、無理も無いことなのだろう。
朝食は、卵料理をオーダーする形式で、わざわざこのグレードの施設でそんなことをする理由が分からない。ホットミールもなく、ベーグルの類は乾燥してパサパサだ。
全体的に施設の清潔感や従業員の責任感に欠けている。
私は、２度と利用しない。」
