「Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and front desk guy remembered my birthday! He spoke decent English but the rest of the staff does not know much English which is okay. 」

「On the Airport side of town so easy to get to when arriwing from airport, how ever to longe to walk to downtown so had to take a taxi. On the way from downtown to Airport we just drove by the hotel and picked upp our luggage from luggage room. 」

「Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The spa-gym was good with 18m swimming pool and good Russian (humid) sauna which is open from 7 am on weekdays, although it gets a bit crowded with local swimmers. The room is spacious. Comfortable enough, but the boiling pot was out of order and the shower top was also broken. The lobby "bar" was not providing any alcoholic drinks because their license was expired. But in general I do not have serious complains and my stay was rather comfortable.」

「Nice hotel with great condition and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was not very good. When I asked for anything they bring it fast. But there was a day when I put a card for cleaning the room but it didnt get cleaned. Other than that everything was great. 」
