This room provides access to the terrace. There is also a room with a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and a satellite TV with a flat screen, complete with air conditioning.

The house features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of two rooms: one with a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, a satellite TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The other room has two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, also providing access to the terrace.
