「Overall 5 stars, parking was easy, safe location, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, grocery and coffee very close! Had a small issue that was user error and the owners responded quickly. I appreciated the quick response and patience. Our next trip to Chicago we will book this apartment again if it’s available for our dates. I highly recommend this place. 」

「The place was great! It's stocked with the basics, bed and couch are comfy, and everything is clean. There were only a handful of times when I heard the upstairs neighbor, but nothing too crazy. The neighborhood itself is very cute and quiet, with good food and stores within walking distance. Street parking was easy. Thank you! 」

「It was a beautiful place. Lots of shared space for our two couples. Two full bedroom suites with separate bathrooms. There was garbage by the inside door when we arrived, but all else was clean and comfortable. It was a VERY humid & hot weekend, and the window a/cs just couldn't keep up, but nighttime was mostly pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and very fast to respond.」

「The host was available and helpful at check-in. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well stocked. We felt safe and at home. We slept well. We did not notice any street noise at night. We had more than we epected and everything we needed.It might be helpful to color code the keys with nail polish or something. The three locks to get into the unit felt like a struggle because we needed a quick turn around time between events. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!」

「This apartment was exactly as advertised- and that is just what we wanted! It was so clean that it looked like it had just been refurbished. The bed was comfy and the linens were nice. The kitchen is important to us and we found everything we needed for our small meals. Each of the rooms were generous in size despite the overall compactness of city dwelling. 「This could be a nice place but until some critical items change, we recommend skipping this rental and any other VRBO serviced through Umbrella, a rental management company. The issues:1. We paid 77 for early access and the unit code had not been programmed for our arrival. My 82-year old mother in law had to wait for over 40 minutes before we finallly got someone on the phone and the code was programmed. 2.
