「The peaceful nature reserve surrounding the property was incredible full of birds that we didn’t recognize. Swimming in the private pool after a full day of theme parks was so relaxing .」

「First of all, the hosts are great communicators. They let you know everything you need for your arrival, and have binders that contain all the information needed for your stay. It is a great location for access to Disney. The property is quiet and secure. The beds are comfortable. For us, we stayed 2 weeks and did much 'living' in the place rather than just sleeping there. 「Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home. 「Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The house was wonderful and spacious. Beautiful clean pool and fun game room. Only complaint is the neighbors across the street parked there cars directly if front of the driveway across the street on there side so it made backing out extra tricky. Other than that it was wonderful.」

The girls however , it was their first time and they absolutely fell in love with the home and the area . Whenever I vacation in Kissimmee I will always try to book one of Shaun’s properties. We were able to enjoy the private pool after a hot day in Florida. The owners were very responsive, check in was easy, the home had everything we needed and then some.」

「Furnished in the usual Florida "style" with all the basics and many little extras baby gates, pool table, TV in almost every room and then some, cool box , gas BBQ, every kitchen utensil possible including a real kettle for the UK folks, absolutely no hesitation recommending booking this villa. If you don't know the area it's a 5 min drive to a sample of every restaurant in Orlando area so your evening out isn't a chore for your driver. 25mins to Universal at 8am and under 20 to most Disney.」

「Beautiful home! We had an amazing time! The pool was cool, however, a pool light for evening swims would have been great. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it! There is a little game room in the home as well, which was a nice touch. Very spacious and comfortable! The location is perfect not too far from the theme parks and other Orlando attractions.We will definitely be staying again!」
