「This place is great! Clean and roomy」

「We had a wonderful stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. We had a few questions during our stay, and the host responded promptly and helpfully. The house itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped.」

「Has a kitchen but missing sone important items like cookie sheets and oven mits or pot holders. Bed liners were stained. I had to really keep after the owner to provide a check in code. Abke to check in at 4pm but did not ge the code till sometime around 5pm. No washer or dryer available on site. Multiple remotes for fans and tvs missing batteries. Otherwise not a bad place. Nice neigborhood.」

「Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.」

「It was amazing and a great place to stay for our vacation」

「We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.」

「All was great」

「Great Beautiful home. Clean, spacious. For one family or two. Kid friendly home. Host responds quickly. Great place to stay in Richmond. Mins away from convention center and VSU.」

「Room was clean and host was available. Door lock system was tricky, especially at night with no light.」

「Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Mei's house! Communication was great prior to and throughout our stay and Mei made sure we had everything we needed. House was a very comfortable size for the three adults and one teen we were traveling with. Home was very well equipped with everything we needed and the location was ideal for visiting my daughter for her pre season soccer at U of Richmond. Will definitely plan to stay again next time we are traveling to the area with a big group!」

「The is a great property in a nice location. We only stayed for one night as we were in town after the death of a family member. This was an easy, family-friendly last minute booking. There was plenty of parking and room to stay comfortably for one night with a 6-year-old and four adults. Having a backyard with chairs was nice and we enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. It was also close to grocery stores and a Ross, j crew factory, dsw and other stores. The host is very helpful, ...

「Amazing hosts! Will highly recommend staying at this property」

「Great location. Comfortable layout, privacy for the bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice to have access to a great backyard. I took my two labradors and they were extremely happy. Host was extremely responsive. Communications were clear and friendly.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with Anthony was excellent and a small issue upon check in was remedied immediately. Location was convenient and easily accessible. The only note I have is that the bed situation could be easily improved. Especially if advertising that the home sleeps five.」
