「The room was lovely. Room 5. It had a refurbishment. It was like staying in a country cottage. It was very clean. Tea/coffee making facilities. Good selection of breakfast you could have. Full english was very tasty. The staff were polite. The bar was a bit pricey along with the food.」

「It was a great stop on the Norfolk coast. The beach was literally down the pathway. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the room had everything we needed in it. 「Terrible experience, 1st night room was like a shoe box extremely hot in this heat wave with no air con and windows open 2inches with massive extractor fan outside very noisy and smelly, complained but waste time staff didn't want to know, took 2 & half hours of complaining at night to get them to turn extractor off so we could get some sleep, went off nearly 2am! Moved room next day but again no air con anywhere in hotel or rooms so extremely hot again in this heat wave....place is tired and...

「We absolutely loved our stay, staff a lovely & friendly. Quiet stay, lots to choose from for breakfast. Loved having the swimming pool, family friendly too. It’s now our go to place to stay when we’re visiting family in Norwich! ;)」
