"I stayed at this hotel in Old Quarter, Hanoi for 3 nights and I have to say…it was really nice but also kinda funny in some ways. First, the location is absolutly PERFECT. You step out the door and boom — hundreds of street food places, little shops, scooters whizzing around like bees. You can hear the city livin’ its best life even at 6am. "Champton Hanoi was a lovely stay. It has a very authentic feel to it. We had the room with city views and I was obsessed with the details of the room. The staff especially Erin were very lovely from the moment we checked in until when we left. They were very patient and kept our bags for the entire day after checking out. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We grabbed dinner at the hotel in the evening and it was equally delicious. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Railway Cafe on train street. Upon our departure we received a lovely gift from the hotel - a coffee strainer and a small bag of coffee to remind us of our time in Hanoi once we get back home. Very pleased with the choice we made for our stay in Hanoi."

" The room, staff, location and the breakfast. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. My little one got sick -‘d I can’t thank the cleaners enough for changing the sheets and for cleaning up our room a few times. The receptionists even took me to the pharmacy to get some medicines. The restaurant guys brought breakfast to our room for my son and wife. The staff did everything that they could. We are so impressed and happy with the hotel. The breakfast was so good and we really enjoyed it. The location is central and easy for shopping and very close to the riverside if you want to go for a walk. Plenty of Cafés and restaurants. There’s are a couple of roti shops quite close to this hotel (2 mins walk) where they sell hot fresh baked super soft buns that one must try. "
