"So my stay here actually started off good however my AC stopped working and even though the lady at the front desk was really helpful the service people in that hotel could not fix the issue. I was then told they would have to move me to another hotel under their brand which was supposedly a 5 start hotel due to the Parioli being fully occupied. I was open to this because the room was extremely hot. To my horror I got to the 2nd hotel called La Griffe, and the AC was also not working in the room...

"This hotel was great. It is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood with access to multiple buses. Bonus, it’s located 30mins from all the activities. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. The garden is beautiful. You can actually see parrots flying by now and again, (they are wild animals in Italy).
The food provided in the dinning area was great. I never had an issue, not one night. I ate breakfast there 3 times and dinner once. It was good.
One of my highlights was when I told the concierge that it was my birthday so, I’m going out to dinner. When I got back in that night, there was a bowl of fruits and a card waiting for me in my room. That was so sweet.
I would absolutely recommend Massimi to anyone and would definitely stay there again. "

We stayed at Noba Hotel e Residenze for a week and had a fantastic experience! 🏨✨ The hotel is very safe, spotlessly clean, and conveniently located—just a short walk to the bus station and other public transport. Our room was cleaned daily, and the air conditioning was absolute heaven in Rome’s summer heat ☀️❄️. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. "Great hotel! Staff is customer focused, professional, friendly and attentive. Definitely felt like I was in Rome with the beautiful decor. Very very very clean!!! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and coffee was the best we’ve had in Italy. Wish this hotel was in the US! Would definitely stay again! We had to leave early before breakfast was served so the front desk (Gabriel) had a to-go bag ready for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! "
