「We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Francis was wonderful with the communication and even went above and beyond and mail a few items the kids left behind. It is the perfect location and exactly what we were looking for family/kid friendly plus close to the beach. A well-appointed kitchen and with a great setup for eating dinner in the backyard and sitting around the fire pit telling stories! We can't wait to make it an annual trip! Thank you.」

「Stay was comfortable and in a nice area, however the kitchen could be better stocked with things for those that cook and bake more. A small stool could be useful in the upstairs, hallway bathroom as well as towel hooks. Would recommend」

「The house is old, so not everything is perfect, but it's cared for and nothing is out of ordinary for a house it's age. It was a good location and good layout for a two family trip. No problems or complaints. It's about equal distance from Nub's/Highlands and Boyne mountain (15 or so minutes from each) and 10 minutes or so from downtown Petoskey, which has good restaurants and some shops. I would recommend this property for any large groups or families who are coming up to ski. Thanks again」
