「全般的には非常に快適に過ごせた。ただ、Airport shuttleを運行していない事がチェックイン後に判明した。朝、0400出発だったのでちゃんとタクシーが来てくれるか不安だった。」

「Quick check in. Only issue was I called property before checking in to confirm the card on file would be charged for the deposit as my father would arrive for his room before me. I was assured it would be however when my father arrived they made him pay the deposit instead of calling me or confirming with me first. Other than that great staff, hallways were a bit hot and muggy but room was clean and comfortable. 」

「This is a very nice hotel with easy access to downtown Cincy. The staff was great, and even though we had a rough checkin the staff made up for the issues and did a great job.」

「Very nice, high quality room with great views. The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking and no free breakfast. 」
