Very clean, modern and stylish. Great location! Pillows and bed were comfortable and surprisingly the pillows were not mushy but pleasantly medium firm. It was a great stay!

The room was in a great spot in the hidden gem of Louisville Kentucky, maybe not so hidden, but I had no clue. So glad I chose this option over your standard hotel. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops right outside your door and parking was easy as well. I decided to grab some food from Traders Joe’s and the kitchen was stocked will all the essentials to cook a meal, plenty of space for 2 adults or more. Will definitely be my first choice and would recommend to those that like trendy areas or want to live like a local as they advertise.

Very nice setting. Rooms were awesome. Very clean. Late evenings can be louder than normal due to being on Market Street. Great shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Found dead bugs; no other towels, bed sheets, or toiletries. No clean supplies available, and no one is coming to clean the place, especially since staying in the place for a long time.

Amazing chunk of Louisville buzzing right out the front door of this unique and charming hotel! Communications were abundant and precise with the host of this hotel (owner maybe) and incredibly helpful and prompt. Artwork was amazing (I’d love to know the artists name) and the room was well equipped and ample for my family of four (including 2 teenagers) and allowed for cooking and preparing meals, with the privacy of a bedroom and bathroom separate from the main studio space. The room was clean and the water pressure was fabulous. No notes! Stay here… you won’t regret it

This is a very difficult place to stay if you have luggage. It’s on the second floor. You have to carry all your stuff up. There is no parking our room had a Murphy’s bed and the bathroom and shower was despicable.

I had a great stay overall. The cleanliness was top-notch—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and taken care of, which made a big difference. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and access everything I needed. The contactless check-in process wasn’t perfect, and I did run into a couple of small issues. That said, it was still handled quickly, so it didn’t end up being a major inconvenience. The only downside was the lack of breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, I’d definitely stay here again.

Check in was difficult because there are two separate buildings and I was not given a room number or door code or instructions about which building I was supposed to be in. The hotel spammed my email with literally 18 messages most of which were redundant and others which had links that didn’t work. The actual room was fine and in a nice area. Unfortunately for me, my particular room was directly above a bar that played loud thumping music past 2:30 in the morning on a Monday. I asked the bar if they would turn it down but they didn’t care and acted like I was crazy for asking. I couldn’t sleep. They should never put guests in this room. Parking is included but you have to register with the adjacent lot which requires you pay a fee which will be refunded eventually. They didn’t refund my fee and actually charged me an additional fee which I didn’t authorize. It took a lot of time and patience to get them to refund both charges. This place ruined my stay in Louisville, and further troubled me after I got home. I think Expedia should take them off their listing. 0/10.

Was given incorrect login to room and hotel stay. Host contacted me over 9 hours later, I was force to get a different hotel due to no access into my booked stay .

It was a great stay! The only thing I was unaware is my room was over their cool bar. It was something I wish I had known as this was not a leisure trip, and it was hard to do work when so many people were having a blast. I could cover it up with the TV for the most part or sleep, but wish I had known. Everything else was amazing. Also, the pillows need to go. I do not know what they are made from, but were terrible.

You’re right in the heart of NuLu- which is great! So many things to do! Except you’ll be too tired to do anything. The rooms are nicely renovated, and the bed is actually comfortable. Great pillows. Great AC! This particular room should have been soundproofed though. My room was right.above.the.bar. Not great. It’s Sunday night, past 3 am and the music is still blaring. I could get past that if it wasn’t for the garbage truck that just crashed into the dumpster with the annoying beeps to signal it was reversing. Friday night was tolerable, despite the drunks right outside your door. Saturday and Sunday night were a loss. If you’re coming here to black out every night and have drunken slumber, you’ll have a blast. If you’re trying to sleep semi sober, you won’t…Even with ear plugs. 10/10 location 0/10 restfulness 100/10 mid-sleep jump scares List of places where I had better sleep: - Off the coast of Iran, waiting to be torpedoed on a ship - Under a flight deck with helos and jets operating and dragging heavy chains for 12 hours - In an actively haunted room where a spirit liked to play with the fan and the lights to get your attention For the double Benjamins+ a night I expect sleep. This place merits a price point far lower than that.
