「All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. 「So the property was nice but there were a few oddities when we compare to other facilities. The room door opens directly into the bedroom, so you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the rest of the rooms. Somewhere it mentioned they had dvd players in the rooms but there were none to be used (we called the main desk). Most facilities have a pizza pan, but again there were none (called again). They have on-site gas barbecues but there were no tongs in the rooms or alongside the BBQs.」
