If you’re looking to get “out” of Sydney without actually leaving, this is the perfect spot. Such a peaceful place to relax and read a book, or fuel your adventurous side and go for a kayak or a hike to the top of a lookout. If you’re looking for something off the beaten path, this is it. The owners Sarah and Michael are also some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and will make you feel at home and provide excellent tips for around the area.

Yery clean hostel, nice clean kitchen, room also clean. Sydney Bridge and Opera House within walking distance also Circular Quay.

The property, amenities, and staff were all first-rate. Our room, a one-bedroom apartment, really, was spacious and comfortable; we made good use of the kitchen and washer/dryer in our suite and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and pool available on the premises. We took advantage of the many restaurants, shops, and services within a few minutes walk from the lobby, and made good use of the subway just a little further on for our exploration of downtown Sydney. Highly recommended.

We had been in Australia for a few weeks and only needed a place to crash that was downtown and cheap for two nights before our flight home. This was perfect. No frills. Small room. Reception was only open when we showed up. Convenient bar downstairs takes care of anything afterwards. Their fish and chips is good. Walking distance (for us- late 40s active) to 2 harbor areas. Did I mention the bar downstairs? Bottle shop (liquor store) attached and a large size, for a downtown, grocery store...

Mariners Court, remember this place! The room was fine, pleasant bed, tv, hot water as needed, all good. And the room had a little balcony! All the rooms had balconies; sit outside a minute in the pleasant breeze! And down the hall a lounge area! Relax, you’ve been touring and traveling, so sit! Take a load off. But… But……..! Breakfast!!! And a GOOD Breakfast! Provided gratis. We stayed at three different places in Sydney in April & May. The other two were each more expensive, and then you go...

The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

My family (2 adults, 1 child) booked the studio at Dalziel Lodge for a few days. I thought the studio was in the house but it turned out to be a converted garage, which meant that it was very quiet. The floor slants slightly, but other than that the accomodations were clean and comfortable, with our own key card that let us in to the main house and our studio. The location is within walking distance to some GREAT cafes and restaurants in Crows Nest neighborhood, where you have your choice of...

We were there for a cruise and the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable we will be staying again when we return for our next vacation
