「We loved everything about our stay! The property and cabin were beautiful and well-maintained. 」

「It was chilly and snowy but the views from the deck and from inside the big picture windows were absolutely stunning, and we made use of both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit to stay nice and cozy. The only minor downside to this hidden gem of a property is that it has pretty low water pressure - it made washing dishes a bit more difficult and made me not want to even attempt washing my shoulder length hair. 「The house and neighborhood were great! Very easy communication with rental company/ owners. We were hoping to get to use the pool after long and hot 12 hour days of work but it was only allowed to be used between 12-5pm. Also the pool is not directly behind the house but rather separated by a fence in the next yard, so we didn’t want to disturb the neighbors. Wish those parameters had been more clear in the rental description. Overall, it was a good stay in a great part of town. 」

「Decorating touches, velvet curtains and every thoughtful amenity. Comfy bed and bedding, even an “upscale” outhouse w art on wall. Next best thing to tent camping which I can no longer do. I will be back. Great getaway.」

「Thank you for another lovely visit! We enjoyed daily hikes up and down the coast, investigating a few new spots to change things up. The weather was perfectly mixed, and topping off a chilly morning walk or a toasty afternoon climb with a sauna and then a beer on the deck was amazing!! We had everything we needed and were able to fully relax. Thank you!!」

「This home up in the woods has an amazing view of Bear Island Lake. It is very private and peaceful. The home decor includes many items from the 1950s but is well furnished with modern amenities including wifi, internet TV, comfortable beds and furnishings. The Nespresso coffee machine is makes an amazing cup of coffee in the morning. The owners were very responsive and terrific to work with.」

「Cozy, clean and quiet. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Clear sandy bottom and shallow along the shoreline. We enjoyed kayaking and even caught a few sunnies! We made most of our meals at the cabin but did venture out to Riley's Cannibal Junction for a couple of awesome burgers and a quick stop at Hayslips Corner just down the road.
