「Great place 」

「Located in the heart of Shelbyville. It’s within walking distance of downtown and the host gave plenty of information about local spots to visit. The space was industrial meets mid century modern. It was cool, perfectly peaceful and I loved the open concept. I will definitely book again!」

「It was quick drive to derby. Loved the cute neighborhood. Mexican restaurant was great and so was coffee shop! Bed was comfortable we got a good night sleep. Kitchen was big and had everything.」

「Check in and all communication with Matt was flawless. The accommodations were perfect for our weekend stay. Very clean, bright and quiet.」

「We had a fine experience here in this area of Louisville. There are several shops many beautiful homes. It’s an older neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it was convenient to our shopping and Churchill Downs event. The only thing I didn’t understand when I was checking in is that this is an apartment home so there is another apartment being rented, but it provided no problem or issue for us」

「Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again.」
