マウント ワシントン のリゾート

「Hotel was very quiet. Room was great and very clean. Our bathroom needed a new shower head-not much pressure at all, the exhaust fan didn't work and the tub didn't drain. We told staff at checkout and they assured us maintenance would take care of it promptly. They cant fix something if they aren't aware. We didn't know about the shower issues until late so we couldn't say anything until morning. They were very nice about it. Breakfast was also great.」

「接客がよくて、いろいろ助かったこと多い。夜遅く空港到着もシャトルバスにて迎えがあり、非常に助かった。以上」

「Overall we had a great first time trip to KY. The hotel provides a full breakfast and “dinner” each day but it lacked in variety. We were underwhelmed by the cleanliness of our room. The linens were dirty, there was vomit in the carpet and the furniture stank. We were disappointed in the bathroom amenities for the price we paid. The hotel is conveniently close to a grocery store, many restaurants and shops. There’s easy on/off hwy access to The Expo Center, which is only 11 miles away, as well...

「Very nice crew」

「総合的にとても良いホテルです。」
