"I was met at check in with smiles by Chris (and I can't remember the lady's name). They were incredibly helpful in helping me to find a place to park - Chris even walked outside with me to show me where the garage was - they both told me I could unload my car before moving it to the garage. The next morning, I tried to purchase a bottle of water from the little kiosk, but the girl at the desk told me that she could give me a complimentary bottle of water (if I didn't mind it being room temperature!) I can't remember her name either, but it was her first day on the job and she was incredible pleasant! I have already recommended the Moxy to the Louisville Chamber of Commerce for any time they need a hotel for out of town clients - you can be sure that the next time I'm in Louisville, I'll be a repeat customer!"

"As always my husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Brown Hotel. The restaurants were amazing. The staff were sweet as apple pie and it always smells like home when I walk in those doors. We will be back again in 5 months with our son and we can't wait to see you all again. "

"The hotel is beautiful and really conveniently located to bourbon stops, bars and restaurants. We didn't eat at the bar/restaurant but did have cocktails and Travis was amazing. Our room was perfect and we'd definitely stay here again. My only very small piece of feedback was related to the valet. When we arrived, the check in associate 'didn't know where he was' and 'didn't have his number' so we had to wander a bit for him to return. I am certain he was just parking another car but it was just a very strange experience. "
