「I have no idea how eco-friendly they are so I have left a middling score for that. Otherwise everything was fine except for one bit of misinformation: when I arrived, the receptionist told me the bar was closed; nevertheless there were still a few guests there and they sold me a beer. 」

「Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully.
