「On arrival it was a bit dark. No lightning to cabins. I think maybe solar lightning or something!! Stepped into cabin it was nice and warm as picked the coldest night of the year so dar to turn up. Host left lights on so we could see inside. Bathroom was great, double bed comfortable nice thick duvet as it was cold. Kitchenette was just the right size for the cabin. 「We had a nice one night stay at this cosy cabin which is in a picturesque part of Winchester near the streams. It's a fun adventure for a young family but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues as the two bedroom spaces require climbing/crawling through a small door. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin but the kitchen is outdoors, which is a bit of a challenge on a wet/cold day. Would definitely stay again.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay . The place was very clean and comfortable. Location worked very well with any thing we needed being in walking distance even the train station. The goodies left by the host were very enjoyable. The only issue we came across was having to remind my husband who is 6'3" to duck when entering some of the rooms. Of course you have to expect that in an old building. 」

「Great location and beautiful garden with views across the hills. Spotlessly clean and well maintained with all the things you may need for your holiday. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful and cared about us and the property with pride. Local supermarkets, petrol station and IKEA were only a mile down the road plus a five minute walk from the property was a pub serving food and an excellent fish n chips shop! Buses into town from outside the chippy were every 10 minutes or sooner!」
