「We had an handicap accessible room and were surprised with just how much open space that allowed a 90 yr old who needs a walker to EASILY get around the room and bathroom. It was the LARGEST accessible room we have ever had. The shower had 4 support handles, more than any other hotel room we have seen. This is what an accessible room should be!!!」

「I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I book a lot of travel for work and this one kind of got lost in the mix for me. When I pulled in I was quite disappointed thinking I had booked myself for some sort of motel. I knew there had to be a reason why I booked it so I went ahead and checked in and when I got to my room and opened it I was so pleasantly surprised. All the rooms have been renovated. They look beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing....

"There was no hair dryer in my room, and even after calling the front desk three times, they just told me to check with another desk. In the end, no one brought it to me.
Is it even possible for a hotel nowadays to not have a hair dryer or fail to deliver one?
