"The front desk staff were professional and responsive. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The housekeeping, however, did an abysmal job of cleaning the rooms. None of the trash cans had liners, we had a cracked ice bucket that was not replaced until after two days of bringing it to their attention, They repeatedly kept forgetting to provide us bars of soap as well as a full complement of bath towels. They forgot to clean our room on two different days and we had to call the front desk to have them send a housekeeping staff person to do it. We definitely will not be going there again."

The kitchenette was clean and well equipped and staff was very accommodating and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. My only concern was that the shower door would not stay shut. Because of this the bathroom floor would become very wet and create a potential fall hazard. All things considered, I would rate this a great 8+!"
