Pleasant stay close to everything.

Bed was very good. No noticeable dips or bumps in et\he bed. Flight was late so food was not available and we were too tired to go out .

I was not happy that I paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds, but then was told that they changed me to a king with a pullout! What?! If I reserve and pay for 2 queens then that is what I should get. I wasn’t even a late night check in! The employee was nice and at least gave me extra points for rewards, but it does not make up for sleeping on a pullout.

Hotel was very nice. The parking lot was rough and there were suspect people there. There was a group of HS kids there that were loud but it was a weekend so we didn’t say anything. Elevator didn’t work right, the door kept sticking. But it was a nice place.

Hotel was great in most ways, but fan attached to the main bathroom light rattled SO loudly that it was nearly impossible to use it. I told the manager about it, but it was not repaired. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

While the hotel was very good, I did miss the free breakfast and all day coffee you get from other hotels like Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Same cost as those but you couldn't even get a free water.

Only issue was the different check out times mentioned from expedia and the actual location. I had noon online from the confirmation but the actual place said 11. Otherwise the place was nice, especially for just a night.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. My only concern was there is a large window that faces the rear of the property. There is a very bright light to illuminate the parking lot. This is well and good except the light shines into the room. The curtains are only sheers. They do not block the light. Questions please contact me.

The woman who greeted me and my sister at the front desk was delightful. I could tell she enjoys working with people. I had a good night's sleep after arriving around midnight and the breakfast options downstairs were good.

Reception staff was personable and helpful. The room needed a few simple repairs, but overall the place was clean and comfortableand quiet. The lobby coffee was a featured exclusive brand for a pretty pricey fee. We would rather have simple quality free coffee available in the morning.
