「It was a very nice place for either one or two guests to stay. The video on the lock box was very helpful. Make sure guests know it takes about 10 minutes for the hot water to warm up. I knew that in advance, so it was no problem.」

「Directions on accessing the unit were difficult to follow. The heat was not working well and it was a very cold week in Chicago so it was uncomfortable. Someone was in the unit without advance notice or our permission while we were out which was a security concern and not acceptable. 」

「Clean & spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and all you need in kitchen. Host has excellent communication. Neighborhood is nice and there’s a cute restaurant 3 blocks away. Only downside was the creaky floors and thin walls. Ear plugs are provided which was helpful at night.
Overall, we were comfortable here. 」

While the bedroom closest to the kitchen was verging on chilly, the room at the front of the building was too hot to sleep in.
