「This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The home was cozy and a good size (just be ready to get your steps in going up and down the stairs lol). It was a quiet and cozy neighborhood and even though two of the windows face a well traveled road you couldn’t tell the road was busy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to go to a big city but wants to get away from the hustle and bustle that a big city has. I will be returning to this place! 」

「Great little hotel. Rooms were clean,comfy, and very quiet, even tho right near the i5. Convenient location with gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks, 7/11, and a few small restaurants, all next door. Only small "eh" I have, is the $10 parking charge per vehicle. Other than that, great hotel at an affordable price. Would def book again.」

「The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.」

「This space is small, but overall the space is so maximized that it’s perfect for a short stay! The space is well stocked for a good week’s worth of time, if not longer, and truly has everything you could possibly think, along with so many things you may not think of. There were robes for each person staying at the rental (4!) along with slippers, so you’d be able to feel good walking the short distance to the hot tub. There were dishes for 6 people, and each bed was comfy to sleep on. It’s such...

「Excellent location and very clean, modern property. Neighborhood was quiet, park and bakery nearby were excellent. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well and kitchen was well stocked. Payton was easy to work with and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for anything better!」
