The kitchen is well stocked, the owners are excellent at communicating and checking in, and having 2 tv's was nice so the kids could watch their shows and the adults could watch theirs. "Check in process was a breeze but there were several issues with the property. Upon arrival the back area is overgrown and has had no upkeep, the inside is similarly unkept. Utensils were unclean, bedding seemed as though it had been sitting in a closet for several months, and the sideboards on the stairs had water damage which was probably caused by the leaking AC.
