「We were not happy with the steam room and sauna was not working other then that it was a great time」

After driving 3 days to destination we received a call that our reservation was being cancelled & no other accommodations were available. We received a refund but still had to pay an additional $400 in hotel costs while we looked for an alternative accommodations for a month.
