From the moment we checked in, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We received a beautiful upgrade that made our stay even more special, and every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The managers here are truly top-notch — you can tell they take pride in what they do and that they genuinely care about the guest experience. My wife and I normally aren’t fans of all-inclusive resorts, but this property completely changed our minds. The quality of the food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and varied with something for everyone. Every restaurant offered a different vibe, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service everywhere we went. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains. It’s perfectly maintained and easy to get around. We were originally planning to stay at the Andaz or the Four Seasons, but we’re so happy we chose Planet Hollywood. It’s in the same gorgeous area and delivers an experience that rivals those luxury brands, but with a fun, laid-back energy that makes it feel even more special.
