「This was the worst Expedia hotel booking experience I've ever had. The bed was dirty, the room was dirty, the AC didn't work very well and the mini-fridge was leaking. At night the place was locked down and I felt like I was in a prison. I left the hotel and checked into the Hampton Inn down the road.」

「The room was simple, the bed sheets did have quite a bit of hair on them and the check in was a little complex because they don’t actually use Expedia, so when i showed them my confirmation/reference number for the booking the front staff had no idea what i was talking about. I booked a 3 bed room and was provided a 1 bed room. Not a big deal since I was travelling solo. The breakfast was good but I noticed because I was the only one that didn’t speak Spanish I wasn’t offered the beans and rice....
