「Place was very clean, nice area, very comfortable bed. Very basic kitchen suppies. A dresser and some end tables would be nice and a bit more communication would have been nice. No hot tub at the complex, no instructions on accessing the pool. Nice neighbors and very dog friendly area. Overall a nice place to stay, a few small improvements would make it even better.」

「Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong.」

「Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

「My husband and I stayed here while we eloped at Casa Feliz. The management was great and communicative. The property was older but recently renovated. No central AC but the unit in the kitchen was able to cool the whole duplex down. Location was great - winter park is gorgeous!」

「The property was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The check in process went smoothly on the hosts' side, with good, detailed communication. The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown!」

「The Universal was cute, enough space for 2 of us, and could have definitely fit a third person. I was worried about the bed loft from previous reviews because I’m 6’3” but it still felt spacious. The shower was fine, it got a little cool but only because we rushed taking two, one after another. The only problems we had were the screen door wouldn’t move, one of the blinds on a window facing the lake was broke and wouldn’t go up. The washer/dryer would not work it kept turning off after 10 mins...
