「Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...

「Great location and price. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms could have been bett」

「Definitely do not recommend staying here. We had a large number of issues and Esther was very hard to contact and no effort was made to resolve the issues during our stay. We have tried to discuss our concerns with Esther separately and she has not replied to us, which is extremely disappointing. Our issues were as follows: - there was no key in the key safe when we checked in so we and stood on the doorstep ringing the bell, as instructed, for 15 minutes until we got in- Once we returned to the...

「Location was wonderful! The apartment is VERY old and floor was sloped so much that bed had blocks under to try to level it. It appears that significant structural work needs to be done to keep it functional. Faucet in the bathroom was constantly leaking to the point it was a constant steady stream out. Sky light windows didn't work. It just needs some TLC. We tried to talk to the owners, but only online communication was possible.」

「Location is near 2 different underground stations and a very large Westfield shopping mall. Like other reviews, the place is hard to find at first but we found it. It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place. There is no coffee maker but there are cups, plates but we never cooked anything there. We were able to fit 3 teens in the living room using the pull outs. We could not get the TV to work, only...

「I have trouble getting into property. Called landlord so many times andd waited for hours to get in」

「Great location.」

「House was large, comfortable and very well kept with updated kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer available so doing laundry was very convenient. Easy walk to tube station. Host very responsive to all guest communication. Highly recommend.」
