Use Pool, Kayaks and Gas Grill at own risk. - No Swimming in Canal. If guest would like pool heated, provide 48 hr notice and agrees to pay $20 day.
*Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted. Quiet hours 9:00pm to 8:00am Maximum number of vehicles (4). -
For our dog guests, keep off all furniture, no feces/urine allowed near the lanai and pool. Excess pet hair will be charged an addtl cleaning fee $100
