「Deborah is very accommodating. Her team provide great accommodations at all of their rentals. We have stayed at more than one of their places and have only good things to say about our experiences. Thanks for providing such a great air B&B for our many trips to Colorado Springs! 」

「It was fine - although couldn't get the heat to work- waterless toilet was not great- didn't like that.」

「We traveled for a lacrosse tournament at the Air Force Academy. The location was perfect. We loved being just steps away from the Mountain View Cafe. The host was responsive and helpful.」

「Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking.」

「This was great maintain cottage and certainly a better experience than a hotel or motel. It is in a nice location, but the road to the place might get your attention. That said... the road to the place is very quiet and private. The place is close to a LOT of interesting sights- like the entrance to Pike Peaks, A few miles from The Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellers and Manitou Springs (lot of shopping). Everything worked as expected in the house. A Walmart is within 5 miles for...

「Perfect little apartment! Great location. The host communicated perfectly! Comfy couch and outdoor seating area was a bonus. Thank you! Would love to stay again.」

「We absolutely love it! The sparrows nest studio appointment is so cute and would be the perfect romantic get away for sure...it is definitely not for tall people because the ceiling is so low....im sure the other 2 upstairs units have higher ceilings ..so if you are tall id go with one of the 2 upper units. Check in and check out was really easy . We are definitely gonna stay again.」

「The cabin was cozy. It was perfect for 2 people and was what we needed- close to our son in Woodland Park. The amenities could not have been better. There were plenty of towels, foodstuffs in the cabinet, and hot water. We'll stay again if we need to on our next visit. (He's hoping to get a bigger place, so we'll see.)」

「Excellent」

「My intended stay was from March 07-12, 2026 and did not relocate from the Timber Lodge until March 25, 2026 and still in Colorado Springs in the same area. Came for a mental vacation, loved it here and haven't went back to Denver.」

「We loved our stay, the cabin was clean and staff was super friendly. We will definitely book again when we come back to the area.」

「This cozy cabin was the perfect jumping off point for nearby adventures — Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, the Manitou Incline, Cave of the Winds, and more. Just a short drive to downtown Manitou Springs for souvenir shopping, dining, and entertainment. Conveniently located 10 minutes from a large Safeway grocery store. The cabin is clean and well-appointed with strong WiFi, TVs in the living room and a bedroom, window A/C units, gas grill, kitchen and grilling utensils, a traditional coffee...

「We arrived about 10 minutes early, and before I even had a chance to text the host, he came out to help us get into the cabin and provided us with the access codes. The cabin is in a great location, just down the street from downtown Manitou Springs and directly across from Garden of the Gods. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this place again!」

「Great host! Was very easy to communicate with. The place was clean and well kept. 」

「Fabulous! Everything was as described, but even better than we’d imagined. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back. 」

「This was a great location for accessing Pikes Peak and the surrounding area. The property itself is very nice and the back area with hot tub seemed very private. We were there during a heat wave of 90 and with the windows open, it kept the house very comfortable.」

「Loved this immaculately clean cabin and it is in a perfect location!」

「Beautiful and well kept! We really enjoyed our time here. Hosts were very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had and the hot tub was amazing with an amazing view!」

「Was in a great area close to all the attractions you want to see in Manitou Springs area and still close to Colorado Springs. Only issue was internet was a little in and out now and then but not horrible. Will definitely stay again.」
