Great cabin in perfect location. We did Garden of the gods, Pikes Peak, Santa's Village and Cave of the winds. We also had plenty of time to enjoy the cabin l.. we played games at the big kitchen table, watched Christmas movies, baked a pie, used the reading book and made a fire. The main bedroom gets cold but the basement bathroom and extra bedroom stay surprisingly warm.
We loved the location. It was well stocked with basic essentials. We stayed there with our three kids. Games and toys were available for them to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay there!
We were looking for a place to stay over one night. Very happy with this place!! Great location, very comfortable and very clean!! Host was excellent and we were able to check in early which was very helpful.

This was more than expected! Had everything you would need. Cozy very clean. Close to the
Attractions we wanted to visit. Neighbors very friendly. Highly recommend.
The cabin was perfect for me, my wife, and my daughter, celebrating her 10th birthday. It had all the amenities we needed, plus a great location. Thank you!
The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with things like cookware and laundry detergent. It was the perfect home away from home for me and my partner!
It was amazing! The cabin had everything you needed. Having extra towels was a bonus and a full size washer and dryer helped for the week stay. The views were just beautiful. This is a perfect central location. The neighbors are lovely!
Two story house at bottom of Pikes Peak. Cozy living room with fireplace.

Cascade Cabin
The cabin was a great place to stay. Don't recommend if you have knee problems because the spiral stair case bathroom on the bottom floor... So we stayed downstairs for the night... Wished there was a tv down stairs .. the cabin was clean and equipped. No complaints there.
Place was clean and nice. All pictures were accurate on the website. Neighbors were nice. Agent answered all questions we had quickly. We had no problems. Loved it.
Everything about our booking was great. The clear communication and instructions from the host made check in and check out seamless.
The home is well kept, and well stocked. We had more than we needed, and it was very clean.
The listing description and photos are accurate; no surprises. The neighbors were really friendly as well, and we moved veo n so close to a few cities.
This was the perfect stay for our family. It is such a convenient location, right off the highway. It is right across the highway for the drive up pikes peak, and just a few minutes from downtown Manitou Springs.
The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. My 4 year old loved playing with the toys and reading the books that were there, and now croquet is a favorite game of hers.
The bathroom is downstairs and fully stocked with tons of towels and washrags. There was even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a nice surprise.
The kitchen also had everything you could need, including ground coffee and K cups. She also provided plenty of spices.
The host was very quick to respond and had clear instructions for the check out process.
I would highly recommend this sweet cabin. My daughter was sad to leave and wants to come back again.
We had a great stay, everything we needed and then some. Close to everything we had planned like the garden of the gods and manitou springs. Such a cute little cabin it was just right for my family of 5.
This was a precious little cabinat the base of @Pikes Peak in Cascade-Chipita Park, Colorado. Lower access from outside to get your bags downstairs, and a neat little spiral staircase on the inside… wood-burning stove, full kitchen with small appliances stored in the living room cabinet, & a gorgeous view of the stars at night. You could literally see the cabin from the Lookout spot near the base of pikes Peak. My cold natured self did need extra blankets even with the wood-burning stove and the heaters, so maybe bring an extra one during the winter if you are the same way. We enjoyed this stay so much! We even created a TikTok video to show how awesome it is!
We had a great time! The house was clean and had everything we could need. Great neighborhood and very nice neighbors! Everything we wanted to see was within a 15 minute drive.
My family of 4 stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Katrina provided easy check-in/out instructions and was very communicative. The neighbors were so kind, even took our trash can to the street for us. The area is beautiful and easily located to do things such as the cog train ride to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs as well as Cave of the Winds. The back patio was nice to sat in the morning and enjoy our coffee and the nature. We came during a warm week in June but had absolutely no issue with keeping any of the rooms cool with the ac provided for the top and bottom floors. I highly recommend this cabin and would definitely rent again when we visit in the future ❤️.

Right across the road from the Pikes Peak Rd. Fireplace works.
We had a great time. Photos are accurate to the property. The host provided us with everything we needed and then some. It’s also the perfect location to get the ‘mountain getaway’ feeling without being too far away from the rest of civilization (restaurants, shops, towns, etc.). The wifi also ran surprisingly fast.
This was a cute cabin in a perfect spot not far from Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, etc. The cabin was clean and had so many thoughtful touches throughout. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and my son loved the toys and childrens books. We did have an issue with flies coming into the cabin during our stay. We reached out to Katrina and she responded quickly and brought over supplies to help and additional material to seal around the AC vent. We still had issues but I'm sure Katrina will resolve this for future guests. If it wasn't for the flies, it would have been a perfect stay.
This is a wonderful little getaway. Neighbor is sweet and their tiny farm was fun to take in while relaxing on the newly remodeled back deck. The spiral stairs are very narrow and not the easiest to navigate. Plenty of wildlife sightings and Colorado adventures to be had. Be advised though if planning on taking in Manitou Springs during this time of year around 11-2pm. The city was packed and the traffic was atrocious. Every single parking lot full and it took more than an hour of circling the city to find a place. Also if planning on participating in the Cog Train ride do not arrive more than 40 min before your ticket and expect to have a place to park. Suggestions would be pick a time early in the day, park in Manitou, then take the city tram to the train station. That way you can enjoy everything without traffic issues. Also please check all websites and/or call for tickets or reservations. This includes any attraction or restaurants, and do your best to plan more than a week in advance for places like the Coors tour or Football stadium tour. Highly recommend the Cog Rail tour, Discovery tour at Cave of the Winds, The Pantry, and Saltgrass Steakhouse.
